Designing

We produce a complete technical documentation for all kinds of architectural structures. It can be related to bringing any structure in compliance  with the administrative requirements, or to the building of new ones.

Depending on the type of intervention the documentation may consist of:

- architectural record of the executed situation,

- architectural record of the existing situation,

- conceptual design,

- main design,

- workshop drawings,

- bill of quantities,

- project of removal,

- elaborate on identification of essential requirements for structure, 

- elaborate on splitting of legal ownership.

In order to produce the technical documentation we perform all necessary activities for obtaining  the Administrative Preliminary Consents and provide a Building Permit.

On client’s request we produce 3D presentation of the designed structures.
